About Me

I'm a certified Personal Trainer specialising in Group Fitness. 

My sessions incorporate functional strength development, fitness conditioning and flexibility training in a fun inclusive enviroment.

My Classes

Classes run weekdays at Hawthorne Park, Hawthorne Rd side @ 9am, cost is $10.

Programming

I use my "Creative" side when I program group training workouts. I use a boot-camp inspired workout model that incorporates strength and cardio to make sure that every class is different, fun and engaging! Some of the equipment and drills I use in my workouts include:

  • Dumbbells, kettlebells & bodyweight exercises for building strength;

  • Ladders & hurdles - for jumping, hoping & running through/over;

  • Medicine Balls for throwing & performing numerous exercises with;

  • Resistance bands for strength building & resisted running;

  • Boxing with gloves & pads;

  • Cone agility work;

  • Group games; and

  • Shuttle runs.

  • $10 - single session

  • $100 for 11 sessions; or 

  • $200 for 30 sessions.

*There are no contracts or joinging fees.

*You have 6 months to use your card from the date of purchase.
