I use my "Creative" side when I program group training workouts. I use a boot-camp inspired workout model that incorporates strength and cardio to make sure that every class is different, fun and engaging! Some of the equipment and drills I use in my workouts include:
Dumbbells, kettlebells & bodyweight exercises for building strength;
Ladders & hurdles - for jumping, hoping & running through/over;
Medicine Balls for throwing & performing numerous exercises with;
Resistance bands for strength building & resisted running;
Boxing with gloves & pads;
Cone agility work;
Group games; and

$10 - single session
$100 for 11 sessions; or
$200 for 30 sessions.
