I'm a Level Two Certified Personal Trainer registered with Fitness Australia. I gained my Certificate IV in Fitness through the Southbank Institute of Tafe. I am a qualified Punchfit Trainer & Group X Kick Trainer. I've participated in the Nutrition for Exercise and Sport Course with Sports Dietitians Australia. I have a current Apply First Aid and Perform CPR certificate. I am committed to updating my qualifications with continuing education so I can offer my clients the best group training available.
About the classes I run
I hate being bored that's why I use my creative-side when I program group training workouts.
I use a boot-camp inspired workout model that incorporates cardio and strength to make sure each class is different. Some of the things you can expect in my workouts include:
boxing gloves and pads;
ladders & hurdles - for jumping, hopping & running through/over;
medicine balls for throwing & performing numerous exercises with;
dumbbells, kettlebells & body weight exercises for strength;
shuttle runs & group games;
cone agility work; and
resistance bands for strength & as resistance for running.
